DOUBLE TIME SPORTS DRINK
Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 1 March 2026
At Double Time Sports Drink, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of beverage sales and food safety standards, the following policies apply to all purchases made through our website.
1. RETURNS POLICY
Because Double Time Sports Drink products are consumable goods, we do not accept returns on opened beverages for health and safety reasons.
Eligible Returns
We will accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product was damaged during shipping
- Incorrect product was shipped
- Order was incomplete
- Product arrived defective or leaking
To qualify:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Product must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable)
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are issued only for:
- Verified damaged shipments
- Shipping errors made by Double Time Sports Drink
- Approved cancellations (see Cancellation Policy below)
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us
We do not offer refunds for:
- Opened beverages
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled only if:
- The request is submitted within 2 hours of placing the order, and
- The order has not yet been processed or shipped
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of:
- Outer box
- Shipping label
- Damaged products
- Email us within 7 days of delivery
- Do not discard packaging until claim is resolved
We may issue:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A refund at our discretion
5. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges on beverage products.
If approved, a refund will be issued and a new order must be placed.
6. BULK / WHOLESALE ORDERS
Wholesale and bulk purchases may be subject to separate contractual return terms. Please refer to your distributor agreement.
